Conspiracy??

What do you have to do to get impeached in this motherfucking country?? CHRIST!!

"Impeachment is so rare that the term is often misunderstood. A typical misconception is to confuse it with involuntary removal from office; in fact, it is only the legal statement of charges, paralleling an indictment in criminal law. An official who is impeached faces a second legislative vote (whether by the same body or another), which determines conviction, or failure to convict, on the charges embodied by the impeachment. Most constitutions require a supermajority to convict." (1)

It is an extraordinary subversion of the [US] Constitution to send people to die...on the basis of a lie. - Elizabeth Holtzman, Rep., NY

What are we doing? How have we gotten to this point? Anyone older than 23 can remember what it was like 10 years ago... Do you remember when the world was worried about healthcare? And social security? And the worst thing that had happened in our lives was the deaths of 12 students in a town in Colorado?

September 11th, 2001. Two-thousand nine-hundred and seventy-four successful, hard-working Americans die. New Yorkers. College graduates. Fire-fighters. Police officers. Why?

Why do you think? Read that question again, but don't read it as though it were rhetorical. Why do you think those people died? Honestly. Don't go on until you've at least given the question some thought. How long has it been since you asked yourself why it happened?

Let me show you couple things. First of all, a clip from David Cross. Some of this is Ron Paul and Rudy Giuliani. I don't support either of them per se, but I love what David Cross has to say about it. It's amazing how much more honest comedy is than anything else. Watch this to the end:

Are we a nation of 6-year-olds??

The Impeachment Process: A case study: William Jefferson Clinton:

Step I: When independent counsel Kenneth Starr delivered an 11-count report to Congress in September, the House referred it to the Judiciary Committee. The committee's chief investigative counsel, David Schippers, repackaged the allegations into 15 counts , ranging from obstruction of justice in the Monica Lewinsky affair to witness tampering. He dropped Starr's abuse-of-power allegation, however these allegations were resurfaced by committee chairman Henry Hyde of Illinois. On October 5; by a 21-16 vote (following party lines) the committee recommended the full House approve a formal investigation.

Step II: On Oct. 8, by a vote of 258-176, representatives endorsed a somewhat open-ended inquiry by the Judiciary Committee. A Democratic plan that would have limited the inquiry was defeated. In the final vote, 31 Democrats broke ranks and voted with the Republican majority.

Step III: The House Judiciary Committee, after hearing about six weeks of testimony, drafted four articles of impeachment all involving the Lewinsky affair. Two of these articles were allegations of purgery, one for obstruction of justice, the other involving abuse of power. The committee voted 21-16, 23-14, 21-16, 20-17 in favor of all four articles of impeachment to be sent to the House for an Impeachment vote.

Step IV: On December 19 the Full House voted to impeach William Jefferson Clinton on one count of purgery and one count of obstruction of justice. On the previous day the Republican majority of the House rejected a Democratic plan for censure of the President because of the failure of the President to admit he had lied under oath. Later Henry Hyde was heard to say that censure was "unconstitutional"

Step V: The second impeachment trial for a president in US history started on January 11, 1999. Despite heavy pressure from White House counsel and the American public, The Senate defeated a measure to dismiss all charges against the president. The debate as to call witnesses would be called or not was answered when it was announced that the Senate would depose three witnesses: Monica Lewinsky, Vernon Jordan and Sidney Blumenthal. On February 12 the Senate voted 55-45 and 50-50 on the two articles of impeachment preventing Clinton from being removed from office. (2)

So. We obviously know how to do it. Now, let's take a look at the evidence. What has this administration done to deserve an impeachment of all members? This part is easy, kids, even if you're not a conspiracy theorist like me ;) Here we go:

I, Vincent Genovesi, indict the following individuals: George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Condoleeza Rice, Paul Wolfowitz, Colin Powell, Karl Rove, Newt Gingrich, Donald Rumsfeld and John Ashcroft.

1. Taken from here: First these officials conspired to start an unlawful war of aggression, justified by lies. Then they carried out their illegal conspiracy. It included unlawful killing of thousands of Iraqi civilians, destruction of civilian infrastructure, and use of weapons of mass destruction like cluster bombs and depleted uranium against the civilian population of Iraq. Throughout this conspiracy, they have implemented policies and practices for unlawful arrests, detention, interrogation, beatings, abuse, humiliation and torture, in violation of fundamental human rights protected by law. As a result of their misconduct, the dangers of international terrorism have been severely inflamed, international friends and allies turned away, and the security of our people imperiled. The true aims of the administration are revealed in its legally required policy statement to Congress of September 20, 2002, when it stated that the awful crimes against humanity of September 11, 2001 in New York and Washington, DC "opened vast, new opportunities." (The National Security Strategy of the United States," Section VIII, Development Agendas for Cooperative Action with the Other Main Centers of Global Power) In seizing these "opportunities" to enrich their corporate supporters and increase their own power through aggression, the top officials of this administration have committed "high crimes and misdemeanors" that justify their removal from office and their criminal punishment under law.

It's worse than that.

I very firmly believe that:

2. That our government, at the very best, knew about the attack on September 11th, 2001 well in advance and chose to do nothing or, at worst, had some hand in those events or, at very worst, they orchestrated the entire thing.

I have to show you a few things.

So. Really, what does a person have to do to get impeached in this country? Cheat on his wife and lie about it, or be responsible for more deaths than Osama Bin Laden, based on a lie?? Unbelieveable, isn't it? Just ten years ago our president lied to this country about whether or not he put a cigar in some stupid cunt and was impeached for it...

Today 3,806 men and women all over the world (3,528 U.S., 151 U.K., 127 Other; Source) have died. Approximately, (given that I haven't any idea how many brave soldiers died this morning as I've written this) that is 832 more people than died on September 11th. This administration is repsonsible for more casualties than the "evil-doers". Based on a lie. Think about that.

I'm not that smart a guy, so I'd like to present a challenge to those college-educated folks out there: It only took one person, Ken Starr, to kick off the impeachment process last time and he did it with a well-researched document submitted to the powers-that-be. It shouldn't take more than that this time. We just need one intelligent, charismatic and inspirational person to kick this mother off and give these good-ole-boys, the skull-'n-crossbones-boys-club fucks the justice they deserve! It's up to you, kids.

Two more videos. These are truly shocking, one long, one short, but both are well worth watching.

George W Bush, ten years ago. They say he's going senile:http://www.youtube.com/v/pw4Bhmm22xo"> http://www.youtube.com/v/pw4Bhmm22xo" />

Loose Change. Find out the truth about 9/11. Take this one with a grain of salt, but realize that a lot of these facts are true and we aren't being told everything right now:http://www.youtube.com/v/1Yx9NRX37SM"> http://www.youtube.com/v/1Yx9NRX37SM" />

This was written and/or researched and/or quoted entirely by me. I have a lot more information than this if you're interested. Seriously, this doesn't even begin to scratch the surface. You have no idea how deep this goes. What is going on right now is so frightening it's not even funny. Did you know that our president just gave himself total dictatorship in the event of a "major catastrophe"? Without the approval of Congress and without media coverage? And that this act doesn't describe, in detail, what a "major catastrophe" is? Did you also know that we just built 800 brand new "emergency compounds" all over the country? During WWII, FDR was allowed a third term of presidency. Hitler staged street riots and told the German people, falsely, that there was a constant threat of attack inside of Germany from outside forces that actually posed no threat. Sadly, I doubt that anyone will read this far. We've been duped. More than duped. Hypnotized.

Lullaby, and goodnight, go to sleep sweet America
When you wake up, you'll be fucked up
Watch the news and go to sleep...

Love,
Vinny

First of Many. The Truth About Everything.

I have an idea. I want to teach you how to know the truth. Unfortunately, the most important truth right now in the world is the truth about the New World Order. Mostly, the country I live in, America.

I am FUCKING ANGRY. Does anyone remember what it means to be American?? I swear to god, I am the most American motherfucker that I know. I love America!

What does it mean to be American? Well, I think currently, according to most self-proclaimed "Americans" it means that you must support your government, our President and all the decisions that this administration has made. We stand behind our troops, right? Right??

I have a new idea. It's actually not that new, but it's building steam. How about we honor the sacrifices that our servicewomen and men have made because they thought what they were doing was right, of course, but we don't honor the cause? Couldn't we do that?

I'm going to tell you a story. If you have an illusion of what life in the U.S. is that is comfortable to you, and you don't want to be terribly upset, I suggest that you stop reading now. Find a nice, comforting copy of The Deseret News (a local, conservative rag for you out-of-Utah folk), curl up into a nice little ball and close your pretty eyes.

For the rest of you, pack your bags. I'm about to take you on a journey. It's a long ride but you'll probably never be the same again and we can't finish it today. I want you to come with me but I kind of feel guilty. Again, if you aren't ready, please stop reading.

Okay? Are we all on board? Ready for take-off?

Good.

Welcome to the jungle, bitches.

Where to start? Well, first of all I feel like I should disclose that I am, under U.S. standards, uneducated. I went to all four years of high school, but because of some monetary issues (I was extremely poor), I did not graduate high school, nor have I been to college. I am, however, highly dedicated to the truth. The very first tattoo that I ever got was Veritas (I hadn't seen Boondock Saints at the time, I just wanted to remind myself how important Truth is). I never lie. Only cowards who are afraid to face the consequences of their actions lie.

Lets start by asking some questions. There will be many Qs in this series and I will site refs to answer all of them, but this first one is up to you:

Q1. Well, I suppose the first thing we have to ask ourselves before anything else is: What am I about? This is a much more useful question than Who am I? or What is my purpose? because it is much more personal. Anyone can ask you Who are you? and you can easily respond with your name or your age or what you think your greatest accomplishment is (Oh, I'm Vinny, I go biking. I once won a jar of jellybeans in a jar-guess contest), but really all of that says little about you. The first thing you have to figure out, before you can solve anything else, is what your place in the world is. Even What is my purpose? is a useless question because "professionals" will tell you all your life what they think that you are here for, and worse yet, these folks will take money from you in exchange for your agreement that they know you better than you do. What a SCAM!

Let's, for a moment, examine the question: What am I about? Remember that you can't find truth in anything until you know the answer to that question. That's just my opinion but, really, I'm almost always right about these things. So. What are you about? It's a hard question to answer because we are so afraid of being too arrogant. Every time you try to think of what you are about, you think of so many great things (well, I'm a great writer or I really like my eyes or my God, my knuckles are totally hairless!), but you find yourself more afraid of being arrogant than will allow you the chutzpah to achieve the things you know you are capable of doing. Your own lack of faith in yourself holds you back. This is a lesson that is more important than anything you will hear or read, hereafter.

Here is an exercise for you: Today, skip work. Seriously, call in right now! What will you do if you do that? Will you go to the park? Will you exercise? Will you take care of some bills or some responsibilities that you've been putting off? Will you spend it with your child or children or neices and nephews? Will you use it to let someone know you love them? Will you play video games? Will you waste it deliberately? Will you shop or read a new book or research or study or finally make it to the doctor or would you just not skip work in the first place?

What do you think I'm suggesting here? I'd be embarrassed to spell it out for you so I won't.

Okay.

Q1 should be answered by now. Once you have it, try writing it down and tacking it to the inside of your front door so that you have to read it every day before you leave your house. Answers will come, eventually, believe me.

Also, I'm an agnostic but I pray every single day and it works! Don't forget to pray, even if you're atheist, even if it's only to open a dialogue with your inner self. Prayer is one of the things that makes my life more manageable, even though I don't believe that anyone but me is listening!

Tomorrow or the next day, I will tell you how knowing yourself will let you know the world and the Truth of what is going on. We haven't even scratched the surface yet. Tomorrow. Once you know the truth of you, the truth of the world becomes so obvious, I swear you'll wonder how you missed it.

Thanks for reading.
Love,Vinny

P.S. I know today was waaaaay touchy-feely emotional, but this was just a precursor. Tomorrow, please be prepared to expect some real-world situations and video evidence of things that you never imagined were possible. (Prepare to shit. Alot. Try not to hit the sides as you tumble down the Rabbit Hole ;)

A little poetry, just cause

You do the impossible
and I'm so unprepared,
Greet me with a thin smile
and secrets that we shared
You are the prism of my thoughts
and I the mirror of your mind
You shatter my reality
and when I'm dark you're blind
Wrap your legs around me
In your juices drown me
Squeeze me out from under doubt
and run your fingers down me
Your lips are still so kissable
Lies slip from them in pairs
FUCK me, though I lie here crying
Wrapped in your tongue and unaware

One more....

Pass your dirty hands
through the damp, unpolished sky
Scoop a cup of sand
and Wonder how and why
Focus on your life's lament
and share your bitter sacrement
and touch your swollen, bloody tongue
on wings of butterflies

Pour your cup of sand
into your chocolate eyes
Gaze upon your hands
and perfect your alibi
A house of cards that you cement
I am a lifelong resident
Believe that I am not someone
without the will to try

The first moments of a rolling snowball

Today was my first day of training at Olive Garden. They gave us so much stuff. I got a new tie and a wine key and all the other trappings and accessories neccessary for serving there and they didn't charge us for a bit of it. I even got to try three new wines and a whole host of dishes. I think I'm really going to love this job. It was 7 hours of training today but it went by way fast. They have us training like that for the next five days at least before we can even take a single table. Its very intensive but I am certain that from this job I can go to any restaurant in the country as a respected and experienced server. Unfortunately all of this means that I probably won't make the club this week and even if I do I won't be drinking. I have to work way to early for any of that. Oh well. I haven't taken a week off from the club in at least six months. It'll be nice to have a short break and when I go back it will be that much more exciting plus I'll have money every time I go. Money for food. Money for alchohol. Even money for maybe a new outfit every time. Life gets better from here. I never ever ever have to go back home again.

I hate babysitting

We had a very unexpected party last night at my house. Nobody said party or anything like that, but somehow a whole bunch of people showed up with a whole bunch of alchohol. It was a ton of fun but Joel brought this kid that couldn't keep his mouth shut to save his life. He kept almost getting into fights and pissing people off, including me. Joel took off to his room with some girl and since Joel is my roommate, his guests tend to become my responsibility unfortunately. So I babysat. I kept him away from people who he'd pissed off and did my best to keep him from irritating anybody new. He kept hitting on other people's girls, too and when they didn't like that he'd refer to something violent that he'd like to do to them e.g.: I wanna pull your dyke fuckin hair out. I hope when I'm drunk I'm never that obnoxious. Broken people like to show the world just how fucked up in the head they are when they get drunk. I'm glad I'm not really all that broken.

I really wanted to spend time with Julie last night. She came down from Provo to see me and she was dressed up soooo fucking cute. I feel really bad so I bought a bottle of sparkling wine for us to share later tonight. We're supposed to kick it at her place so that should be cool. I haven't actually been in there yet. I like this girl so much right now. Its so sad that I know that won't last very long. I'm going to break her heart and I'm even gonna warn her just like I always do. I really should do my best not to let girls get close to me like this. Most of the time I don't let them but once in a while one comes around that really disarms me for a bit. Never long enough though, just long enough for me to hurt them. I'll try this time. I always try. I wish I didn't like being alone so much.

A new beginning

Yesterday turned out awesome. I went out looking for work around 2. At 3 Olive Garden called me in for a second interview. By 5 I had the job. I start Monday at 330 PM. I can't fucking wait! Okay so there's some good. Here's some more. That really awesome little fashionista chica that I met on Tuesday went to the club with us last night and ended up spending the night at my house because she was too drunk and puking all the way home. We actually had to leave the club early because they kicked us out for her being sick. I did not mind. I only go to Area to drink, dance and meet people and I had already covered those bases to my hearts content on Thursday. We didn't fool around or anything like that. She slept in my bed and I slept on the floor. She stayed here with me all day today. I think I really like her, but as with all things like this, that really remains to be seen. We are hitting it off so well, I am really excited. Now for the (slightly) bad. I made it four days without drinking. Last night I broke my run to celebrate my new job. I wasn't very drunk, but I was drunk enough. It was a nice comfortable non-beligerent drunk. My favorite kind. I'm going to take her home now. She wants me to come hang out tonite. I'm pretty stoked about that.

So far, so good

My sober week is going well. I'm into day four now and I have stayed the course. I cheated just a teeny bit last night and that makes me feel like crap, but it was only one shot and that club was f-ing boring. I ended up leaving early. It was my friend Jessica's birthday and she had her party at Club Manhatten. I've been there a few times and I like the music cause Digga is the DJ but there just isn't anyone there and I'm just not a raver anymore.

I went with Kristy Sue to get her chest piece covered yesterday. It was pretty cool to watch. Its weird to me that in my entire life I've never even seen anyone get a tattoo and now in the last month I've gone with two people to get worked on and I got my own first tat. I think life only deals changes in large amounts. When it rains it pours, as the saying goes. This stuff is just one small example. Funny how I can look around myself and realize that nothing is the same as it was last year and I didn't even really see it happen. That happens to me every year. Anyway, enough silly pondering for now.

Oh yeah! I was just reading my post on Tuesday and the last part said something about finally talking to one of those cute hardcore girls... I did! I was totally sober and it worked so much better than being ridiculously drunk. I had the time of my life Tuesday night! Seriously I don't remember having that much fun at the club in a long time. I think maybe I'm usually too drunk to remember the really fun parts. I can't wait for tonite. I'm gonna do it sober again.
